Requirements
  • Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience in insights, market research and strategic analysis.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics or other related field; MBA is preferred.
  • B2B Ingredients experience is essential. Consumer brand, pharmaceutical and health product experience would also be a big plus.
  • Food, beverage and supplement sector expertise, including strong understanding of ingredients and innovation processes and applications.
  • Proven track record of performing and translating advanced analytics and data and articulating key insights to create value and drive business growth.
  • Hands-on experience with an up-to-date knowledge of market research methodologies, tools and providers.
  • Has a network and strong connections within our target industries to leverage resources and drive our marketing plans.
  • Strong entrepreneurial ability and willingness to wear multiple hats in a rapidly evolving company.
  • Ability to partner effectively across functions and act as a thought partner to key stakeholders across a rapidly growing organization, as well as develop and manage a team with urgency to deliver against multi priorities and tight timelines.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive critical marketing strategy and consumer research for Brightseed.
  • Launch multiple new products with comprehensive go-to-market plans, consumer research, product assets, commercial targets.
  • Implement lead generation programs to drive top of funnel lead generation, nurture, and qualification.
  • Design and deliver critical consumer research to shape the creation of the Brightseed Bioactives brand.
  • Generate essential insights to inform the product profile and launch of Brightseed’s Bioactive ingredients to market.
  • Synthesize data and insights to inform the opportunities in health and consumer whitespaces for our bioactives development and drive global expansion.
  • Translate and communicate marketing plans with clarity and impact to empower better decisions and build stronger customer partnerships.
