Requirements
  • 6-8 years of SEM planning, buying, and management, with a strong focus on branded/unbranded strategies and keyword list development.

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google and Microsoft Bing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide channel leadership across multiple client assignments and act as the channel lead on all client assignments.
  • Formulate paid search strategy for client businesses, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategies.
  • Assume lead role in integration of SEM efforts and demonstrate full understanding of client businesses.
  • Present innovative, business-building, and breakthrough SEM recommendations.
  • Monitor SEM plan approvals and implementation to ensure timely activation.
  • Use multiple data sources to perform campaign analysis and direct plan revisions.
  • Maintain relationships with external agencies, publishers, associations, and syndicated research resources.
  • Drive agency growth by securing and expanding additional social media initiatives with current clients and through new business.
  • Assign projects to balance workloads and challenge team members' skills, ensuring projects showcase the agency's capabilities.
  • Offer both formal and informal feedback to media team members to help grow their creative sensibilities and progress in their craft.
  • Foster team motivation and maintain a positive attitude that inspires others.
  • Facilitate participation, inclusion, and diversity of perspectives on your team and throughout the agency.
