Environmental Field Subconsultant - Phase I ESA / PCA
About the job
- Ability to travel to job sites to perform field inspections.
- At least 2 years of experience conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and/or Property Condition Assessments.
- Strong technical writing skills and the ability to complete full reports independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
- Familiarity with ASTM standards for Environmental Site Assessments or Property Condition Assessment guidelines.
- Conduct onsite property inspections and prepare professional reports in accordance with ASTM and industry standards.
- Experience using Quire or similar reporting platforms.
- A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; this is not required.
- Professional credentials such as Certified Environmental Professional, Registered Architect, Professional Engineer, or similar.
- Radon or AHERA (Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act) certifications.
- Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD scope projects.
