What believers are saying

  • April 6, 2026 Series B extension added $11 million and Samsung Next.
  • November 19, 2025 Takeda expansion promises up to $109 million in milestones.
  • December 16, 2025 Harmony deal and SLEEP 2026 data expand hypersomnia traction.

What critics are saying

  • Takeda and Harmony dominate validation; partner pullback would crush 2027 revenue visibility.
  • Beacon depends on pharma accepting EEG endpoints; failed trials kill biomarker commercialization.
  • FDA or algorithm-performance setbacks could block Waveband-driven trials and erase Beacon’s core moat.

What makes Beacon Biosignals unique

  • Beacon’s FDA-cleared Waveband enables PSG-quality at-home EEG, not consumer proxy signals.
  • Beacon’s 2025-2026 platform spans neurology, psychiatry, and sleep medicine with one dataset.
  • Beacon’s biomarker stack targets clinical endpoints and PK/PD, not only monitoring.
