Requirements
- Ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and physical support for clients weighing up to 100–150 pounds.
- Ability to drive clients in their own personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursement.
- A cell phone with internet access.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate non-medical home care services to elderly and disabled clients, including companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, and light meal preparation.
- Provide transportation for clients to medical appointments.
- Provide dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and hospice care.
- Provide hourly care.
- Perform light housekeeping and organization.
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications such as Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, First Aid, or Automated External Defibrillator are preferred but not required.
- Dementia care experience is preferred based on the posting's stated experience requirement.
