About the job
- A heavy-goods vehicle driving license is required.
- FIMO qualification is required.
- At least one year of similar experience is required, ideally in a technical environment.
- The role requires availability, reliability, and customer contact skills.
- Conduct and monitor delivery routes after reviewing the customer’s requests in the rental contract and verifying that the equipment allocated for the service is compliant.
- Load and secure equipment on the vehicle according to applicable safety rules and standards, while checking the condition of the truck and accessories such as straps and chains.
- Deliver equipment to the location requested by the customer and provide handover instructions when necessary while maintaining a professional and customer-oriented attitude.
- Unload and/or collect equipment on site while following applicable safety procedures, including use of personal protective equipment, site marking when necessary, securing and unsecuring procedures, and use of an auxiliary crane.
- Report customer feedback and any problems encountered during the route to management.
- Experience in a technical environment.
