A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Tourism, or Arts is required.
At least one year of experience in the holidays and travel industry is required.

Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, travel itineraries, tour packages, and customer costing.
Arrange hotel, flight, and other transport bookings according to travel itineraries while optimizing time slots and priorities.
Communicate with suppliers and service providers.
Answer inbound and outbound calls.
Follow up with clients by phone and email regarding their queries.
Track documentation and payments.
Follow up with customers for feedback about their tour and service experience.
Follow established service-level agreements and guidelines.
Meet established targets.
Job Description
Making quotation, travelitineraries, tour packages, costing to the customers
Arranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority.
Communicating with suppliers & service providers
Answering Calls both In-bound and Out-bound
Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.
Keeping track on documentation, payments.
Follow-up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service
Follow the set SLA and guidelines

Qualifications
Bachelors in Commerce/Tourism/Arts +
1+ Year Experience in holidays and travel industry
Excellent communication skills
Should be multi-lingual
Ability to ask open-ended questions and uncover information
Ability to work as part of a team
Well organized, meticulous attention to detail with ability to multi-task
