  • 10+ years' experience in Sales and or Operations leadership roles with experience in a Brand or BPO space
  • High comfort leveling working with and manipulating large data sets to tease out insights and identify trends
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience gathering and presenting data to tell stories in a clear and concise manner
  • Skills at managing senior stakeholders while driving work both individually and through business partners
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
