  • 2+ years of experience as Pre-Sales Engineer supporting sales and designing customer solutions
  • Experience in SaaS, Security, Cloud, or Hosting Services
  • Technical knowledge in IT Storage software, computing architectures, backup/recovery, DR and BC, Virtualization and Cloud Computing platforms, OS (Linux/Unix/Windows/macOS), IT Security concepts, DLP, EDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, Firewall, Penetration Testing, Compliance, Antispam, Encryption, Web Security, URL filtering
  • Fluent in English and French
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Acronis products and services
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in prospective accounts
  • Analyze partner and customer technical and business requirements
  • Develop business proposals and respond to RFIs and RFPs
  • Deliver presentations and demos to customers and partners
  • Facilitate customer evaluations and proof of concept activities
  • Provide customer and market input to relevant groups within Acronis
  • Deliver Acronis trainings to partners and conduct demonstrations
