Requirements
  • Experience as a multi-unit or single high-volume people leader in retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Understanding of local market and requirements relevant to new store openings.
  • Financial management experience with success in driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, swiftly adapting to change, and leading others through fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Deep local knowledge and informed of trends in retail.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Opened a store from scratch and worked at a startup or fast-growing company is a bonus.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the in-store experience and business performance within the direct store, with multi-store accountability in the market leading a high performing team.
  • Partners with the Regional Director of Stores to strategize growth and performance of the retail business in the store and market to maximize results and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manages and provides oversight including all aspects of profit, people, and process within the market.
  • Ensures that we have the right people in the right positions at the right time and in the right quantities across the stores.
  • Acts as an ambassador of Mejuri’s culture and values within and outside the company.
  • Identifies opportunities for marketing initiatives to drive new & repeat customers and community engagement at the store level.
  • Provides day-to-day support to Store Managers to ensure all objectives are achieved, operational, brand and product standards are maintained, and store teams are set up for success.
