Requirements
  • Minimum of 7+ years of work experience
  • 3+ years of team-based, client-facing management, technology, or strategy consulting to Software and/or high-tech client
  • Served in an operational role within the Software & High-Tech sector
  • M&A experience at strategic acquirer
  • Experienced in related Software & High-Tech sub-sectors (e.g. FinTech, Healthcare IT, Marketing Tech, etc.)
  • Has lead complex transformation engagements leading teams of 3-10 consultants
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
Responsibilities
  • Manage teams serving Software & High-Tech and Private Equity clients
  • Lead fast-paced strategy & operations engagements for Private Equity and Corporate Strategic clients
  • Lead large multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Lead internal offering development projects
  • Develop data-driven methodologies and assets
  • Enhance analysis and presentation frameworks
  • Support Directors and Partners in identifying, shaping and pitching projects
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Create work plans, pricing estimates, and risk assessments for potential engagements
  • Actively participate in Software / Technology industry events
  • Attend networking events and actively build and leverage a professional network
