Requirements
  • At least 2 years of product management experience, including business-to-consumer experience.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of subscription management and churn mitigation techniques.
  • Knowledge of agile working practices, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • An eye for design excellence and a strong understanding of user experience.
Responsibilities
  • Own the Spotlight performer experience by conceiving and delivering products and features that drive value for subscribers.
  • Own the mobile experience, including native Android and iOS apps.
  • Collaborate with key business partners to help drive product strategy and deliver an ambitious roadmap.
  • Meet customers and users regularly, conduct focus groups, and send regular communications.
  • Use multivariate testing and optimize acquisition funnels, including customer sign-up.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to launch products.
  • Act as the first point of contact for issue triage, resolving most issues and problems independently.
  • Work with and experiment with artificial-intelligence-powered tools to rapidly prototype ideas, enhance processes, and analyze data.
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, answering questions and providing updates on product status, features, and timelines.
  • Conduct user research and market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of product management processes and tools.
  • Build insightful dashboards and reports to measure product effectiveness and use data to inform product decisions.
