- Bachelor's degree preferred and required for immediate promotional consideration; an associate's degree in a related field is accepted with 300 or more hours of experience with children, and a high school diploma may be considered with 600 or more hours of relevant experience, subject to additional availability requirements.
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support children's communication, social, and adaptive skills.
- Deliver play-based therapy sessions in clients' homes and community settings.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and Early Intervention professionals to reinforce skills and maintain consistency between sessions.
- Collect and analyze client progress data and adjust strategies in partnership with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Prior experience working with young children is preferred; candidates at all experience levels are considered, and full training is provided otherwise.
