Requirements
  • Less than 6 months of relevant work experience and either a Bachelor's or Master's degree, graduating between May 2026 and August 2027.
  • Must be available to start working in August or September 2027.
  • Experience applying relevant skills through internships, employment, academic projects, student organizations, volunteering, or personal projects.
  • Ability to identify next steps, seek input, and move work forward.
  • Ability to organize information, analyze options, and recommend a practical course of action.
  • Experience working in cross-functional collaborative environments.
  • Exposure to programming, data analysis, business-case development, financial modeling, pricing, or product design.
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned work, manage multiple priorities, use available resources, and communicate when timelines or priorities conflict.
  • Ability to contribute to a team, incorporate feedback, and adapt as priorities change.
  • Permanent authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • Ability to work with emerging technologies, including generative artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
Responsibilities
  • Help develop product strategy, go-to-market plans, and product documents such as concept briefs, business cases, and product requirements.
  • Help build and maintain product roadmaps connecting product goals, customer needs, and business priorities.
  • Build knowledge of Visa products and help teams develop or improve product features using existing capabilities when appropriate.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and user needs.
  • Summarize research into insights and recommendations that support product decisions.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to develop, test, implement, and improve product concepts.
  • Collaborate with regional teams, Product Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and other internal Visa teams to define and execute a cohesive product or feature strategy.
  • Complete four six-month rotational assignments during the two-year program.
  • Participate in development intensives, workshops, case studies, simulations, and real-world business challenges.
  • Learn from Visa leaders, industry experts, and program alumni through interactive discussions and experiential learning.
  • Collaborate with a cohort of peers through shared learning, networking, and community-building activities.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience combined with a less technical Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
  • Familiarity with iterative product-development approaches such as Agile, or the ability to learn them.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer experiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
