We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager, Global Security to lead our Protective Intelligence, Investigation, and Threat Management program. Reporting to the Director of Global Security Operations, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our senior leaders, employees, and assets worldwide. This position requires an individual who is skilled at problem-solving and has a solid understanding of intelligence analysis, threat assessment, and investigative techniques. They should also have the capability to build and implement proactive security strategies.

You will:

• Develop and lead a comprehensive threat management program to identify, assess, and mitigate potential threats to the organization, with a focus on protecting senior leadership.
• Conduct in-depth investigations into security incidents, including workplace violence, theft, fraud, and other potential threats.
• Gather, analyze, and disseminate actionable intelligence to inform and advise decision-making and support the development of proactive security strategies.
• Oversee the collection and analysis of open-source and proprietary intelligence to identify emerging threats and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, intelligence communities, and industry partners to facilitate information sharing and collaboration.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance security awareness and educate employees on best practices for personal safety and security.
• Provide expert guidance and support to regional security teams on threat assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of security intelligence with business operations.

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in security intelligence, threat management, and investigations, with a focus on executive protection.
• Proven experience in conducting complex investigations and developing threat assessments.
• Strong understanding of security technologies, risk assessment methodologies, and investigative techniques.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
