About the company

BH Properties buys, renovates and manages commercial real estate for businesses seeking office, industrial and retail space. It targets properties with vacancies or other operating problems, then upgrades buildings and finds tenants to improve their income and value. The company handles acquisitions and property operations within one organization, earning rental income and selling assets once its investment plans are complete. Beyond owning buildings, it finances property transactions and buys real estate debt, giving owners and borrowers another route to capital when conventional deals are difficult to arrange.
