About the job
- Hands-on specialist experience administering Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID at enterprise scale, supporting tens of thousands of users.
- Experience with SailPoint Identity Governance, including identity lifecycle and access certification processes at scale, covering 75,000 or more identities.
- Experience implementing and administering CyberArk privileged access management.
- Expertise in Ping Federation and federation protocols, including SAML and OAuth/OIDC.
- Experience administering Exchange and Microsoft 365.
- Experience designing and managing user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.
- Ability to use PowerShell or Python to automate identity lifecycle and reporting tasks.
- Experience supporting security compliance and audit requirements related to identity governance.
- Experience with single sign-on and multi-factor authentication rollout and adoption programs.
- Exposure to zero-trust architecture principles.
- Experience integrating identity and access management platforms with ServiceNow for access request workflows.
- Support a large-scale identity environment spanning approximately 50,000 Azure/Entra ID users and more than 75,000 SailPoint-managed identities.
- Be accountable for identity governance, privileged access management, and federation across a complex, security-sensitive enterprise landscape.
- Identify and close access-governance gaps.
- Experience with single sign-on and multi-factor authentication rollout and adoption programs.
- Exposure to zero-trust architecture principles.
- Experience integrating identity and access management platforms with ServiceNow for access request workflows.
