Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.
  • Engage with influencers and brand advocates to build and maintain relationships.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and support company initiatives.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
