About the job

Requirements
  • Three to five years of experience in growth, growth marketing, or a similarly cross-functional role.
  • Experience at a startup or in an equivalent zero-to-one environment requiring independent work, speed, and building without an established playbook.
  • A track record of taking a new channel, program, or growth initiative from idea through launch and iteration.
  • Strong project management skills, including coordinating complex cross-functional work and managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • An analytical foundation, including building a business case, defining success metrics, interpreting performance data, and making scale-or-stop decisions.
  • Creative ability to develop customer insights, campaign concepts, content hypotheses, and clear creative briefs.
  • Ability to act with ownership, make thoughtful decisions with incomplete information, and progress without close direction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to clarify ambiguous problems and align a wide range of partners.
  • Comfort using AI tools and automation to accelerate research, analysis, ideation, and execution.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate new acquisition opportunities based on audience fit, potential scale, unit economics, operational complexity, and measurement readiness.
  • Turn promising ideas into test plans with hypotheses, budgets, audiences, creative needs, success metrics, and scale-or-stop criteria.
  • Own tests from strategy through launch, measurement, iteration, and recommendation.
  • Build the playbook, processes, and partner model needed to turn successful tests into repeatable growth programs.
  • Develop and execute Stash’s initial performance-oriented influencer channel test.
  • Define creator profiles, partnership models, briefs, content formats, usage rights, amplification plans, and measurement approaches.
  • Work with creators, agencies, and internal partners to keep production and launches moving.
  • Use early influencer test results to determine what to scale, change, or stop and which capabilities Stash should build next.
  • Develop channel-specific creative hypotheses and concepts, messages, formats, and offers likely to perform.
  • Write briefs and partner with Brand, Creative, and external resources to produce effective assets.
  • Ensure message match across creative, landing pages, offers, and the signup experience.
  • Lead high-leverage growth and conversion projects across landing pages, experimentation, offers, referral, and rescue when these are the biggest constraints on performance.
  • Define measurement plans before launch and ensure tracking supports clear decisions.
  • Analyze performance across customer acquisition cost, payback, customer quality, conversion, and new customer acquisition.
  • Translate results into insights, next-step hypotheses, and investment recommendations.
  • Communicate learnings, including unsuccessful tests, to help the broader Growth and Marketing teams move faster.
  • Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and decision points.
  • Partner with Growth, Creative, Brand, Product, Data, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to move work from idea to market.
  • Identify blockers, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and keep multiple workstreams moving.
  • Create simple, durable processes that make future tests faster and easier to run.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience launching or scaling influencer or creator-led acquisition.
  • Experience testing offline or emerging channels such as podcasts, television, direct mail, or new digital platforms.
  • Experience in fintech, consumer finance, healthcare, subscriptions, or another long-funnel consumer business.
  • Hands-on experience with landing-page testing, experimentation platforms, referral programs, or lifecycle winback programs.
  • Experience operating in a regulated environment and partnering closely with Legal or Compliance.
