Quality Control Technician
About the job
- A BAC+2 qualification with a specialization in mechanics or electronics.
- Experience in dimensional inspection or metrology, ideally in a defense environment.
- Proficiency with measurement tools and fault diagnosis.
- High-frequency and radio-frequency skills are appreciated.
- Check dimensions—including length, width, thickness, hole positioning and diameter, and flatness—using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and a 3D measuring machine.
- Inspect visually for defects such as scratches, burrs, and residue, and verify that tracks and markings comply with standards.
- Report non-conformities, participate in root-cause analyses, and propose corrective actions.
- Complete inspection records and archive reports for traceability and compliance.
- Validate first articles (FAI), coordinate with production and methods teams, and participate in quality meetings.
- Experience in dimensional inspection or metrology in a defense environment is preferred.
- Skills in high frequency and radio frequency are appreciated.
