Requirements
  • At least 3 years of mortgage sales experience with a proven track record of performance and client trust.
  • An NMLS license as a mortgage loan originator and hands-on experience originating a wide range of loan products.
  • Full understanding of FHA, VA, and conventional mortgage products and their unique benefits to clients.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer lending regulations, including fair lending, privacy, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and the Truth in Lending Act.
  • Strong phone sales skills and the ability to connect with, empathize with, and confidently guide clients through the loan process.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines and service expectations.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and foster trust with internal partners and external clients.
  • Ability to take ownership of the client experience, communicate proactively, exceed expectations, and uphold service-level commitments.
Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls to discuss loan products, prequalification criteria, and next steps.
  • Communicate loan progress clearly to consumers and collect required documentation.
  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate new business and strengthen retention.
  • Monitor and actively manage a pipeline of leads and loans to meet conversion goals and cycle-time targets.
  • Engage directly with prospective and current clients by phone and email throughout their homebuying journey.
  • Work closely with Operations and Processing teams to manage the client experience from the first conversation through closing.

Saudi Arabia-based fintech Tabby raised $160 million in a Series E round at a $3.3 billion valuation, led by Blue Pool Capital and Hassana Investment Company, with participation from STV and Wellington Management. The funds will expand Tabby's financial services and support its IPO plans. Since October 2023, Tabby has doubled its annualized transaction volumes to over $10 billion. The company aims to advance Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 by promoting a cashless economy.
