Requirements
  • A university degree is required; an analytical numerical field is preferred, such as Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • Three to five years of relevant work experience related to the stated responsibilities is required.
  • Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions, including collection, analysis, and distribution, is required.
  • Ability to work with large data sets across different business segments and extrapolate findings to support decision-making is required.
  • Communication, presentation, project management, and relationship skills are required.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting and/or accounting, with a strong understanding of financial data processes, is required.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills and advanced Excel knowledge are required.
  • Business-fluent English, written and spoken, is required for customer-facing communication with international stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines under pressure are required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships and activities related to Network Partners and customers.
  • Produce professional customer and Network Partner data analytics and reports.
  • Streamline processes and data analysis to ensure excellent delivery standards.
  • Monitor portfolio data and performance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction proactively by monitoring and implementing related metrics.
  • Establish best practices to optimize end-service delivery.
  • Ensure financial and accounting closing activities are performed according to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other teams and subject matter experts to identify relevant data sources and help develop and improve operational and customer reports.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in consulting or auditing.
  • Basic knowledge of the insurance business.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.

Zurich launches LifeVault platform. Organising wills and documents. Provider, Zurich, has launched a digital platform, LifeVault, for customers to organise wills, important documents, personal wishes and memories in one place. Zurich said the platform is designed to extend support beyond the traditional life insurance pay out. According to the provider's survey of 2,000 UK adults, managing probate or estate administration falls to 42% of people facing the death of a loved one. The provider found that 60% of people responsible for probate found it difficult, which increased to 83% of millennials. While 79% of adults had worries about how their loved ones will cope after they pass, Zurich said 48% of the adult population (48%) have a valid will.
