Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in an operations support role.
  • Process analysis, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to use Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio, and to learn other tools as necessary.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze workflow and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist in project coordination and reporting.
  • Manage operational documentation and records.
  • Support technology adoption and training.
  • Perform quality assurance duties when assigned.
  • Support professional and management development training initiatives and related functional-area activities.
  • Establish, manage, pursue, and fulfill annual goals and objectives and support business development and other efforts on behalf of the company.

  • Ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives.
