  • Hands-on coding and automation ability, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, and experience with infrastructure as code, such as Terraform or Ansible.
  • Working knowledge of both on-premises infrastructure, including compute, storage, network, virtualization, and databases, and public cloud platforms such as GCP and/or Azure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject-matter expertise on reliability engineering practices and drive adoption across technology teams.
  • Produce examiner-ready documentation and evidence, ensuring work aligns with KeyBank policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with site reliability engineering principles and service-level management, including Service Level Indicators, Service Level Objectives, and error budgets.
  • Experience with disaster recovery planning, resiliency testing, or chaos and fault-injection engineering, such as Google FIT or Gremlin.
  • Familiarity with containers and orchestration, including Kubernetes and GKE, CI/CD, and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM or Business Continuity Management, or comparable orchestration platforms.
  • Experience in a regulated industry or large, complex enterprise environment, and familiarity with FFIEC, NIST SP 800-34 or CSF, or ISO 22301.
