  • 8+ years of experience in email marketing in the B2B SaaS space
  • Ability to work strategically and tactically on email nurtures
  • Courage to take the initiative, pilot and evaluate new program types
  • Experience using data and metrics to develop strategy and drive program improvements
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally with stakeholders and other marketing teams effectively
  • Well-organized, project management-oriented with great attention to detail
  • Proficient in Marketo, Salesforce and email outreach tools like Outreach
  • Strong email copywriting skills with an ability to tailor messages to different audiences
Responsibilities
  • Develop global and regional email nurture strategy to fuel pipeline and revenue growth
  • Take ownership of all email campaigns execution via Marketo, identify A/B testing opportunities to optimize conversion rates, utilize customer data to personalize email campaigns
  • Craft compelling copy across email (nurture and sales outbound) and landing pages in collaboration with marketing, sales, product marketing and content teams
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling email content, graphics, and templates that align with our brand and messaging
  • Identify and manage target email audience, prioritize email calendar and maintain email database health
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the marketing team to integrate email nurture into the Go-To-Market strategy for ABM Vertical/ Enterprise accounts
  • Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and leading metrics, build reports, conduct analysis to assess and communicate performance identifying areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and pilot new tactics to maximize the impact and achieve business objectives
  • Maintain email marketing compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and uphold best practices for data privacy and security
