Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly handling requests for operation, installation, follow-up, and contracting of PyME products.
  • Provide customers with the advice and operational support needed to deliver high-quality service and contribute to objectives.
  • Handle credit operations in coordination with central teams to optimize customer response times.
  • Advise customers and open-market prospects on products and services.
  • Analyze companies' financial documentation to assess their current situation.
  • Compile, administer, and follow up on credit files through formalization.
  • Consult the Credit Bureau and analyze information to generate prequalification.
  • Follow up on authorizations, socioeconomic studies, and telephone validations.
