About the job
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination is required.
- At least 5 years of warehouse experience is required.
- Supervision experience is required.
- Supervise a diverse workforce of 10–20 warehouse employees, directly or indirectly, across two shifts.
- Ensure all inventory stored at Praxis is organized and properly maintained.
- Maintain inventory accuracy at 98% or higher.
- Analyze data, record results, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective action.
- Ensure accurate production reporting by analyzing data entry and cycle-count or physical-inventory results, and implement procedures to deliver accurate reporting.
- Provide the Scheduler with reports specifying inventory valuation, required adjustments, and explanations for variances and adjustments.
- Ensure raw materials, pallets, and packing are available for scheduled production.
- Direct and supervise staff and supervisors by designating work assignments, providing instruction and coaching, and reviewing completed work.
- Establish annual department and individual performance goals.
- Spanish language abilities are a strong plus.
