Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring it is up-to-date, secure, and optimized for efficiency.
  • Provide first line technical support to internal users regarding user creation and the proper use of the product data management system.
  • Be able to create custom attributes, amend workflows, support integration queries at an intermediate level. Work with Syndigo development/SI for advanced requirements.
  • Implement measures to ensure data accuracy and consistency, conducting regular audits and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to product data management processes, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Generate reports on product data quality, system performance, and user activity, offering insights for continuous improvement.
  • Address and resolve issues related to product data management promptly and efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline product data management processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
