  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of work experience as an Analyst in relevant fields.
  • Proficient knowledge of Office 365 and any BI tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated effective functional documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Experience in product support.
  • Experience in agile software development, scrum methodologies & tools and processes using JIRA (e.g., epics and stories)
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skill to manage stakeholders and to meet tight deadlines
  • Solid experience with documentations and issue tracking tools – Jira, Confluence, office 365, Microsoft Team.
Responsibilities
  • Be a subject matter expert – develop deep knowledge of our platform, dependencies on other systems and influence our roadmap; act as a trusted adviser for our customers and turn business requirements into feature specifications; support our customers in the understanding and usage of existing features.
  • Conduct research and analysis to find the root causes of business challenges, identify business opportunities and make recommendations on how to achieve business goals and stay competitive.
  • Write requirements, functional specifications, and other supporting documentation for new and/or enhanced systems. Produce documentation suitable for business clients, programmers, QA and trainers.
  • Collaborate with the Product Managers to analyze processes and system issues and turn them into actionable system changes that benefit the requesting party(s), improve efficiency in operations and overall performance.
  • Work closely with the technology architects and leads to convert business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Understand and analyze data to troubleshoot issues and gather/extract requirements.
  • Work closely with QA testers to ensure successful planning of test strategy and test case execution.
