  • Knowledge of Macintosh based computers, Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe, Zoom, etc

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall operations and efficiency of the NY and LA RCA offices and studio
  • Serve as point of contact for NY and LA-based staff regarding building policies and maintenance issues
  • Manage office and studio floor plans and employee moves
  • Order office supplies and manage finances for office expenditures
  • Coordinate RCA events and meetings, including international meetings and artist showcases
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for event coordination
  • Provide executive administrative support as required
