Responsibilities

Help our clients meet their needs by:

Follow the instructions and the established plan of care created for each patient.
Maintaining or assisting with light housekeeping.
Assisting as needed with personal hygiene.
Helping to prepare meals.
Helping with medication reminders.
Driving clients to appointments.
Assisting as needed to help maintain healthy independent lifestyles.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who:

Are willing to learn and adhere to all policies, laws and regulations.
Are at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet patient needs.
Ability to address and respond to all patient situations.
Passion to deliver exceptional, comprehensive care to patients in their homes.
