- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement, especially within SaaS operations
- Practical knowledge of SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo), spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets), and commission tools (Spiff, Xactly)
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills with proficiency in Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools

- Develop target planning and analysis frameworks alongside analysts and stakeholders
- Recommend enhancements to current processes to support Go To Market (GTM) teams, aiming to improve data quality
- Promote understanding of requirements across business units, identifying and addressing inefficiencies through real-time data evaluation
- Cultivate collaborative relationships to strengthen internal and external partnerships
- Establish benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives, focusing on metrics such as ARR Bookings, Churn, Downsell, and Upsell, and report on performance
- Create and implement processes that drive revenue and retention, including forecasting and pipeline management
- Assist in developing business requirements for stakeholder metrics, utilizing tools like GSheets, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Oversee quota planning and performance measurement for Sales and Revenue Growth teams, encompassing various roles to support business development and growth
