- Hands-on experience as an SDR or BDR, including practical cold-calling experience.
- Experience in disciplinary leadership of a larger SDR or BDR team in a high-volume B2B SaaS environment.
- Native-level German proficiency.
- Lead the team in daily outbound work, with activity volume, contact quality, and booked meetings as key performance indicators.
- Listen to calls and give direct feedback, practically teaching conversation openings and objection handling.
- Develop SDRs toward future Account Executive roles by working with the Account Executive team on discovery, objection handling, and closing, and guiding SDRs toward the next career step.
- Develop talk tracks and playbooks based on practical experience.
- Onboard new SDRs quickly and foster strong collaboration between the SDR and Account Executive teams.
- Coach the team, monitor calls, give feedback, and maintain team energy in day-to-day operations.
