Requirements
  • Have experience in property management and financial operations.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Have experience with industry software such as YARDI or E Site.
  • Be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Complete daily transactions and tasks related to the community's financial operations, including collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, preparing deposits, and preparing financial reports.
  • Review and submit invoices from vendors and service providers for payment.
  • Review resident files and accounting records, communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances, and implement procedures for collecting delinquencies.
  • Process resident move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements.
  • Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure resident requests have been completed.
  • Promote the community's unique features and benefits and communicate what sets it apart from the competition.
  • Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express concerns and assisting with resolution.
  • Act as the onsite supervisor in the absence of the Property Manager.
