Requirements
- Passion for contemporary art
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data management
- Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets (or Excel)
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Experience using lead generation strategies and tools such as Clay.com
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and lead generation strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, pitch, and close potential partners
- Grow the auction pipeline by 10x
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
- Prioritize and categorize auction opportunities based on strategic criteria
- Develop tailored pitch strategies for potential clients
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and close deals
- Craft and refine compelling messaging to maximize conversion rates
- Utilize tools such as Clay and Hubspot for identification, outreach, and engagement
- Collaborate with Marketing team to increase inbound inquiries from potential auction partners
- Manage inbound inquiries from potential auction partners
- Collaborate with the Supply/Art effectively team to evaluate and onboard auctions
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to maximize demand potential of auctions
- Collaborate with the product development team to relay client feedback and market demands
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to company leadership
