Requirements
  • Experience with multi-state payroll
  • Ability to use data in an impactful way to tell a story
  • Strong knowledge of and demonstrated ability with optimizing enterprise systems: HRIS, ATS, LMS, or performance/engagement systems a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly detail oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Tableau a plus
  • Experience with UKG Ready suite a plus
Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for HR tech stack, data flows, and processes
  • Create and maintain People data tools, reporting, and dashboards
  • Respond to data requests on an ad hoc basis
  • Collaborate across the People Team on projects and initiatives through data analysis
  • Support the development of presentation materials with relevant data, visuals, and storytelling
  • Assist with the configuration and maintenance of time and attendance and payroll modules in UKG Ready
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient processing, calculating, and payment of bi-weekly payrolls
  • Assist with annual compensation surveys and other ad hoc market pricing
  • Assist with Rewards & Recognition program data analysis
