Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience leading manufacturing capital projects, engineering programs, automation initiatives, or technical projects is required.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risk management, governance, and cross-functional teams is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools is required.
- Leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing capital projects, facility expansions, automation initiatives, and technical programs from concept through operational startup.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, milestones, governance processes, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Automation, Maintenance, Quality, IT, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
- Oversee equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, factory acceptance testing and site acceptance testing activities, and production readiness.
- Monitor project risks, budgets, timelines, and performance while driving successful project execution.
- Partner with executive leadership to deliver strategic manufacturing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Develop project dashboards, key performance indicators, and reports that support informed business decisions and continuous improvement.
- Deliver manufacturing projects that improve efficiency, automation, and operational performance.
- Build partnerships across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, and executive leadership to achieve project success.
- Communicate transparently, manage risks proactively, and drive accountability across project teams.
- Deliver projects that meet standards of quality, compliance, operational readiness, and employee safety.
- Lead projects supporting future growth and innovation in trading card manufacturing.

- PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or related certifications are preferred.
