  • Ability to communicate using multiple-frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.

  • Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak shopping times.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other environmental conditions while performing job duties.
  • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
Responsibilities
  • Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting guests, helping them find what they need, resolving issues, and thanking them after transactions.
  • Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Adjust to business and guest needs and help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption.
  • Work in all departments to ensure the sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock.
  • Assist with truck unloading and stock products on the sales floor.
  • Change merchandise displays across all departments.
  • Conduct weekly price-change workload and accurately set regular and promotional signing.
  • Complete scans and system audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Support execution of major transitions.
  • Maintain interior and exterior brand standards, including emptying garbage cans, attending to restroom cleanliness, collecting carts, charging electronic carts, recycling, and addressing spills.
  • Execute fills, including filling the floor, liability fills, and guest requests, and organize and store reserve product.
  • Process inbound deliveries using the receive application to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Complete daily and weekly backroom audits.
  • Operate powered equipment to move merchandise on the sales floor and in the backroom when certified.
  • Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy and follow equipment guidelines.
  • Follow processes accurately, monitor progress, and prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
  • Work safely, comply with safety policies, best practices, and training, and report or correct hazards where possible.
  • Support guest services, including backup cashiering, order pickup, and Drive Up, while complying with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
