Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • One to three years of experience with children and families, preferably in crisis assessment and intervention.
  • A valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
  • Provide mobile crisis intervention and assessment, stabilization services between 72 hours and 8 weeks, and case management services to families and children.
  • Coordinate a comprehensive individualized crisis plan that meets the family's needs.
  • Coordinate discharge and transition services, including referral and linkage to the appropriate level of need.
  • Audit client records and plan appropriate corrective action.
  • Coordinate weekly team schedules to ensure adequate program coverage.
  • Lead daily dispatch teams.
  • Assist in coordinating team training schedules.
  • Monitor the development of specializations and the library of community resources.
  • Assist the Program Supervisor in the orientation process.
  • Assist the Program Supervisor with other duties as requested.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bilingual Spanish-English ability.
  • Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory position.
  • Experience with children and families in crisis assessment and intervention.
