About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Electronic or Mechanic Engineering.
- Two to three years of experience in quality assurance.
- Sound knowledge of quality methods and office software.
- Sound knowledge of data analysis.
- Familiarity with tools such as Minitab, QS-STAT, and Power BI.
- Assist with supplier quality problems.
- Conduct product audits and control non-conformities in in-house production.
- Solve quality problems and lead 8D teams.
- Provide warranty support, including setup, analysis, and problem solving.
- Drive reviews of value-stream quality topics.
- Participate in process and system audits.
- Participate in project team work.
- Handle internal and external customer complaints.
- Participate in Q-Base.
- Coordinate lead-plant and customer audits.
- Be familiar with quality processes such as PPAP, QG, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
- Conduct big data analysis and serve as a member of the data analytics competence center.
- Perform other tasks as defined by the Quality Supervisor or above.
