Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Management, or equivalent relevant experience in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or Requirements Analyst supporting enterprise business systems.
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense acquisition, contracting, procurement, financial, and business processes, including translating mission and functional requirements into system capabilities.
  • Knowledge of artificial-intelligence-enabled business capabilities, workflow automation, decision support, and analytics use cases.
  • Microsoft Copilot or an approved equivalent artificial intelligence solution experience.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • Active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Elicit, analyze, and document ACWS requirements, workflows, and business rules.
  • Convert needs into backlog-ready stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support user acceptance testing planning, scenario review, issue triage, and validation.
  • Maintain traceability and cross-team clarifications.
  • Identify process improvements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Army, Department of Defense, acquisition, contracting, financial, or mission enterprise systems.
  • SAFe, Agile, Business Analysis, Product Owner/Product Manager, or ITIL certification.
  • Experience with Appian, LC/NC platforms, Jira, and enterprise workflow systems.
  • Working knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and practical use cases for requirements analysis and user support.
