Requirements
  • Five years of management experience within IT support and/or management.
  • Bachelor degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe).
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a Facility Access Authorization (Employment Authorization) by the U.S. government's designated Security Office.
  • Must be able to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements, up to a Top Secret or
  • clearance.
  • Must hold a Secret Security Clearance National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
Responsibilities
  • Supports oversight of student scheduling, supervision, and training.
  • Coordinating facility maintenance and interacting with Enterprise Management System (EMS) Technicians.
  • Adherence with EMS direction to replace monitors, desktop computers, and servers as well as verify operation of hardware and software in the Digital Training Facilities.
  • Maintenance of facility security, operation of equipment, and assistance of students in using assets provided in Digital Training Facilities.
  • Monitoring and reporting the condition and inventory of information technology hardware, desks, chairs, and other furniture at site locations.
  • Partnering with other appropriate entities to create secure lab environments.
  • Performing hands-on equipment operation and on-site operations.
  • Providing appropriate metrics and reports to designated Management, Section Leadership, and Stakeholder Staff.
  • Providing server and application support and maintenance.
  • Reporting the operational status of the DTFs to the chain of command and Distributed Learning Point of Contact (DL-POC).
  • Scheduling the use of respective DTFs and providing hands-on assistance to the Product Manager Army Training Information System (ATIS) and Enterprise Management System (EMS) staff.
  • Scheduling training in DTFs in coordination with Soldiers and the Distributed Learning Point of Contact (DL-POC).

  • Interpersonal skills including effective training skills.

  • Ability to provide effective training experiences and instructional design knowledge.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
