Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience supporting macOS laptops or desktops in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting macOS 10.14 or later, Windows 10 and 11, cloud-based email and productivity tools including Office 365 and Google G Suite, and mobile devices running iOS.
  • Ability to listen respectfully and communicate effectively with non-technical staff.
  • Experience configuring computers and setting up applications on Windows and macOS.
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting network infrastructure and technologies, including wired and wireless infrastructure, Voice over Internet Protocol, and managed printing.
  • Experience using centralized management and mobile device management tools for operating system configuration and administration.
  • Knowledge of basic printer maintenance tasks, such as clearing paper jams and replacing toner.
  • Ability to follow written documentation for tasks and procedures.
  • Availability to work standard business hours and occasional nights or weekends.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Denver office.
  • Ability to routinely lift 30 pounds.
Responsibilities
  • Provide hardware and software support for in-person and remote clients using macOS and Windows systems, with most devices running macOS.
  • Prioritize, assign, and respond to internal client issues submitted through the ticketing system or in person, and manage tickets through completion.
  • Provide end-user training on macOS and other company-provided software and hardware.
  • Perform diagnostics to collect information, determine and correct error sources, and isolate performance issues.
  • Test and deploy new software, hardware, procedures, installations, conversions, and upgrades.
  • Maintain a database of staff inventory, user accounts, and logins to facilitate onboarding and offboarding.
  • Engage with vendors to research issues and determine and implement recommended solutions.
  • Maintain equipment inventory levels to facilitate onboarding.
  • Provision user accounts in cloud applications, Voice over Internet Protocol systems, cloud faxing, copiers, and secure printing management systems.
  • Manage new employee onboarding from account creation and device provisioning through in-person training and Day 1 IT orientation.
  • Maintain the employee backup system as part of the disaster recovery and backup plan.
  • Automate help desk tasks and maintain security profiles using mobile device management software, including JAMF and Intune, for laptops and company smartphones.
  • Follow documented troubleshooting procedures and standards.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations and assist in writing IT, administrative, and technical training documentation.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience configuring networking switches and firewalls, including VLAN assignments, switchport settings, DHCP, and firewall policies.
  • Experience configuring cloud applications for single sign-on with Active Directory or another single sign-on provider, including Okta, OneLogin, or JumpCloud.
  • Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory, Bash scripting for macOS, virtualization, and help desk automation.
  • Experience working in financial services or legal environments.

Ms. Krawcheck and Mr. Vasan are deeply tenured financial services professionals who bring decades of leadership experience across public and private markets and complex transaction environments. Ms. Krawcheck is a prominent financial executive and entrepreneur. She is the co-founder and former CEO of Ellevest, a digital-first investment platform for women. Previously, she held senior leadership roles across global financial institutions, including serving as CEO of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, Smith Barney, U.S. Trust, the Citi Private Bank, and Sanford C. Bernstein. She also served as Chief Financial Officer of Citigroup.
