Tekmetric provides a cloud-based shop management system for auto repair shops in the US and Canada. It centralizes shop operations with automated reports, digital vehicle inspections with photos and videos, and trend insights, and it connects with OEC RepairLink to streamline OE dealer interactions. The system is sold on a per-shop monthly subscription, not per user, and it leverages an ecosystem of about 30 industry partners for integrated workflows. Its goal is to help shops improve efficiency, transparency with customers, and profitability by moving from paper-based processes to digital records.

Tekmetric, a platform used by over 14,000 auto repair shops in the US, has launched two products to help shops attract customers and manage phone calls. The company unveiled Tekmetric Digital Ads and Tekmetric Phones at its Tektonic 2026 conference in Houston. Digital Ads helps shops appear in local search results on Google Maps and Yelp. Early campaigns show strong returns, with one generating $3,865 in revenue from $381 in ad spend. The product is currently in early access, with general availability planned for summer 2026. Tekmetric Phones, integrated with RingCentral, displays customer history and vehicle details before advisors answer calls. The product is now in beta for existing RingCentral users and requires Tekmetric's shop management system.
Tekmetric appoints Jared Haleck as chief product officer. Tekmetric announced the appointment of Jared Haleck as its first chief product officer. The company said the new role shows Tekmetric's commitment to driving innovation and improving product capabilities. "Great product is our highest priority, and discipline matters," said Sunil Patel, founder and CEO of Tekmetric. "Under Jared's leadership, we'll double down on shipping tools that continue to impact shop owners' bottom line: speed to estimate, bay efficiency, accurate job costing and bringing customers back to the shop. We're excited for Jared's leadership to sharpen that focus and speed our delivery." Chief product officer to lead product strategy and growth. As chief product officer, Haleck will lead Tekmetric's product strategy and roadmap. He will help shop owners gain clearer visibility into operations, improve profitability and deliver a better customer experience. His background in AI, VoIP and workflow automation will drive Tekmetric's mission to help auto repair shops thrive by providing the means to be better every single day, the company said. "Tekmetric has built something truly special, a platform that empowers shop owners to succeed," said Haleck. "I'm honored to join a team so focused on the people who keep our communities moving. Everything we build will map to the results shop owners care about: higher ARO, more cars through the door, faster turnaround and happier customers." Haleck brings deep product experience and industry connection. Haleck has led product teams at Suralink, Kantata and Mavenlink. At those companies, he delivered workflow and performance innovations for small businesses and global enterprises. Earlier, he led product development at InsideSales.com and helped pioneer modern digital sales technologies for distributed B2B teams. Before starting his professional career, he worked in his family's tire and auto repair shop - a connection to the industry he'll now serve.
