- Screen order readiness according to standard operating procedures to secure sales contracting compliance, including terms and conditions, special price, credit, and third-party requirements.
- Enter sales orders correctly and effectively in SAP, and regularly update status such as customer requested date and necessary memo remarks.
- Place purchase orders with the correct parties and monitor the target date for each purchase order.
- Provide an accurate Sales Order Form to each party.
- Pre-check End User Statement qualification.
- Enter qualified matters in Legisway and respond quickly to assigned tasks, including closing matters in Legisway.
- Prepare a high-quality monthly sales forecast and keep it up to date.
- Monitor backlog status and maintain close contact with the sales team, distributors, customers, and factories to support on-time delivery and revenue recognition.
- Detect risks and propose solutions or request higher-level support during revenue-driven activities.
- Monitor factory delivery status and inform the sales team or customer to pay in advance.
- Check payments daily to support on-time delivery.
- Close the loop on value-added tax dispatch and accounts receivable collection.
- Learn the systematic business system on lean and use lean tools to improve daily work and propose process optimization ideas.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning project implementation.
