Responsibilities
  • Managing various email programs, email campaigns, including the design, calls-to-action, and content used in email sends.
  • Develop and track email campaigns and all email metrics to ultimately increase business.
  • Conceptualize quirky/creative email campaign ideas and pitch them to the marketing lead.
  • Segmenting lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
  • Measuring results and optimizing the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to generate leads.
  • Minimising list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sent.
  • Developing documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.

As the US looks forward to celebrating Thanksgiving, I'm just returning from several weeks visiting its offices across the US, APAC and Europe - connecting with its teams and meeting with its fantastic base of global customers across three continents.
