Requirements
  • 7+ years in BI, reporting, or analytics solutions, specializing in marketing/media data
  • Strong expertise in BI platforms (Salesforce MCI / Datorama, Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Skilled in SQL and dashboard development; comfortable working with engineers but focused on front-end solutions
  • Experienced in project/vendor management and translating between technical and business teams
  • Proven leadership experience (managing teams or vendors, setting standards, defining roadmaps)
  • Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on dashboarding
Responsibilities
  • Own the setup and delivery of reporting in Known’s Skeptic Reporting Solution for new AOR clients; manage onboarding with the Reporting Support Vendor
  • Partner with the Data Engineer to ensure data lake feeds are structured correctly, then build reporting layers and dashboards on top
  • Design and deliver dashboards for buyer scientists and channel scientists; standardize reporting templates and best practices
  • Manage the Reporting Support Vendor relationship now, while building toward leading an internal BI/reporting team in the future
  • Translate business questions into reporting requirements; ensure reporting layers and dashboards serve multiple stakeholders
  • Define and enforce QA, accuracy, and consistency standards for dashboards and shared reporting data layers
  • Act as the reporting subject matter expert and point of contact for client teams
  • Report on overall reporting health, vision, and roadmap to executive leadership
