  • 3+ years of professional experience working with and a deep knowledge of APIs
  • High proficiency with SQL
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to construct compelling stories and clearly articulate them to a non-technical audience

Responsibilities
  • Work with a wide range of companies in the fitness world, onboarding them to our platform and supporting the implementation of partner integrations
  • Manage the operational side of Strava’s API Developer Program and maintain an active presence in our Developer forums
  • Provide technical support to our broad developer community; prioritizing feature requests and feedback
  • Triage reported issues and work with our Community Management & Engineering teams to resolve them
  • Proactively identify integration issues and perform outreach to work towards a resolution
  • Help to improve our API documentation in order to make integrating with Strava as seamless as possible
