Requirements
  • A high school diploma and two years of relevant program experience are required; a bachelor's degree may substitute for the required program experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • The ability to engage professionally with patients, faculty, and external stakeholders is required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, are required.
  • The ability to work in an upright, seated, walking or mobile position and indoors is required.
  • The ability to fully use both hands and arms, perform repetitive hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder motions, reach in all directions, and perform gross motor functions with frequent fine motor movements is required.
  • Good finger dexterity and the ability to maintain tactile sensory functions are required.
  • The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 15 pounds unassisted is required.
  • The ability to maintain corrected 20/40 vision, recognize objects at close and distant ranges, determine depth perception, and maintain peripheral vision is required.
  • The ability to maintain hearing acuity, with correction, and hear or understand whispered conversations at a distance of three feet is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and program support to research faculty and staff by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining organized systems and timely communication.
  • Support faculty and program leadership with operational and research-related administrative needs, including coordinating travel, preparing and editing reports, presentations and biosketches, and assisting with expense tracking, reimbursements and invoice processing in accordance with institutional and grant guidelines.
  • Facilitate coordination of program activities as a liaison across departments and divisions, research teams and external partners; support workflow management and track program deliverables and timelines.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for program-related meetings, events and research-related engagements, including calendar management, meeting preparation and logistical support for initiatives and special projects.
  • Support financial and administrative aspects of program operations by maintaining records, assisting with budget tracking and reporting, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies, grant requirements and confidentiality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of program and administrative processes and support special projects and initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Health Informatics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • One to two years of administrative or program support experience, preferably in information technology, public health, healthcare, or academic research settings.
  • Experience with health systems, academic environments, data science tools, or biomedical research processes is preferred.
