About the Company

AutoRek

Cloud-based financial controls and reconciliation platform

AutoRek provides a cloud-based platform for financial controls, data management, and regulatory reporting. It automates the entire reconciliation lifecycle—from ingesting data in any format to normalization, intelligent matching, exception workflows, and attestation—so medium-to-large financial services firms can manage high data volumes, reduce manual spreadsheet work, and meet regulatory requirements. The product is configurable and cloud-native, suitable for banks, asset managers, insurers, and payments firms, with capabilities for automated journal creation, comprehensive reporting, and audit trails. AutoRek differentiates itself by handling very large reconciliation workloads, offering end-to-end automation, and supporting compliance across regimes like MiFID II, CASS, IFRS 17, and ISO 20022, all while delivering a scalable SaaS solution. Its goal is to cut manual processes, lower operating costs, and speed up regulatory reporting for financial services organizations globally.
